I participated in, and successfully passed Building Specs Training for home inspectors.  This met one of the requirements for the Maryland License.  Click here to see the certificate.

While not yet required by law at the time, I voluntarily subjected myself to the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) and successfully passed it.  Click here to see the certificate.

I am an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and I participate in their continuing education requirement program.  I'm also a member of the local ASHI chapter in MD.  (GBASHI)

I am an active member of The Maryland Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI) and attend the bi-monthly meetings to stay in touch with and share experiences and knowledge with my fellow professionals in the home inspection business.
